Awful - my account closed on 13 October and I tried to top-up when I returned from holiday. Could not do. Agent from Paragon advised it matured in September. You should offer the facility to use...

Thank you for opening the account with Paragon. With any fixed rate account you are locking your money away for an agreed term. Rates can go up but they can also go down so having your money invested in a fixed term means you have peace of mind that you will know how much interest you'll earn. We try to make all our communications clear about the features of each of our accounts, so that customers are informed prior to opening an account.
