Good rates, relatively easy to open accounts

Relatively easy to open accounts. Impersonable service as online but that's to be expected and more than willing to accept this to get better rates than high street banks.

An easy transaction

When the account (bond) was due to mature it was easy to go through process of transferring capital to new bond and have interest paid into my nominated bank account.

It all works fine. Five stars because it shows the current interest rate on page one. Some banks still make that as difficult as possible to locate.
