I would certainly use Paragon again. Telephone response quick and staff polite and helpful. Accounts are competitive and easy to understand which 1st drew me to Paragon.

Impossible to find account details

Telling me that my new account is open - but nothing regarding balance or new account number is totally unhelpful. When I read "click the link below" and then find no link It's even less helpful. ...
