Rather irritating log-on procedure, especially when I kept being logged off

I would have given 5 stars but I kept being logged out before I had a chance to complete various tasks relating to my five different accounts.

Thanks for taking the time to give your feedback. We're sorry you were logged out before completing what you needed to on the system. We do set an automatic timeout as a way of safeguarding our customers but take on board your comments.
