Closing account information should be clearly shown.

There is a lack of information when one account is closed and new one opened. The closing interest and any transfer request to the nominated account should be clearly shown .

Poor availability of helpline and insufficient information online

Logged on to withdraw cash, but the option is not available. Huge credit in the account and cannot access. No explanation online and cannot contact due to office only hours.

Our processes and policies are designed to protect our customers and our business, if your product terms and conditions allow then you will be able to log into your account, select manage account from the account to withdraw the funds from and then follow the online instructions. You will also be pleased to hear that we have now extended our opening hours to Monday to Friday 8:00am-7:00pm and Saturday and Sunday 10:00am to 4:00am if we can help you with anything further please get in touch now.
