„Panasonic UK“ apžvalgos

Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback and let me apologize for the delay in receiving the parcel and the frustration it caused. We are doing our best to dispatch orders promptly and hand them over to the delivery company as soon as possible, however, most of the delivery process is under their control, and sometimes delays can occur due to orders piling up or other unforeseen reasons. Nevertheless, we can only apologize for the inconvenience and for the lost time waiting. In case you intended to register your product in order to benefit from the warranty, then there is no need for the registration, because you benefit from the warranty automatically after purchase and it is based on your receipt/order acknowledgment. Should we be able to assist with anything else or you would need support with the product, do not hesitate to contact us as we will be happy to help. Kind Regards, Panasonic Customer Support Team

Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback and let me apologize for the inconveniences that we have caused. Panasonic has adopted and eco-friendly policy and in order to reduce our carbon footprint, we no longer print out full instruction manuals, however we make all of them available online for all products and available languages. Moreover, as today's products have more and more features, the number of pages of the manuals increase accordingly. We completely understand your frustration and in order to assist you, I have attached a link to your microwave oven's instruction manual below, so that you could easily access it, browse through it and, if need be, download it to your device so that you could eventually print it out in case you find it more convenient to have a paper version. The link to the full instructions manual, containing the user guide and recipes, is the following: https://tda.panasonic-europe-service.com/docs/1524880712-6001-77ABB9088A6A1838C5B78DE859884AEDE9933285/pgrp005/pcat037/nnct552w/901693/User%20this%20-%20NNCT552_562.pdf Again, I am sorry for the inconvenience, and should you need any further assistance or need help finding some information in the manual, do not hesitate to contact us as we will be glad to assist. Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear about this disappointing experience. We strive to be prompt in dispatching the orders, however, once the parcel is handed over to the delivery company, the greatest part of the delivery process falls into their control. Indeed, you should have been notified and provided a timeframe when the delivery person would arrive with the parcel, as it is part of their procedure, but unfortunately, they failed to do so on this occasion. Nevertheless, we can only apologize for the frustration this has caused and for the time lost waiting for the courier. We do raise these cases internally with DHL in order to work towards avoiding such situations in the future. Should we be able to assist with anything else or you would need support with the product, do not hesitate to contact us as we will be happy to help. Kind Regards, Panasonic Customer Support Team
