Fantastic company and brilliant product!
Helpful staff when I phoned for more information. I was kept informed about when the Dock E30 would be delivered and I would definitely recommend this company.

Speedy efficient replacement remote, but transpired the fault lay with the now obsolete sound bar. Contacted Orbitsound who immediately offered a refund on return of the remote & a worthwhile...

Original remote faulty - replace with upgraded model.
Prompt response to enquiry and online order dispatched promptly. A discount would have been nice being an existing customer and faulty, original remote, already updated due to known issues?
