Hi, Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear your order arrived quickly, but we are so sorry to hear that the courier left your parcel exposed on your doorstep while you were out. You're completely right; we use dedicated couriers (such as EVRi and DPD) rather than Royal Mail for our deliveries, and they are expected to leave parcels in a safe place or with a neighbor if you aren't home. Leaving it on the doorstep is not up to standard. We will be passing this delivery report directly to the courier's management team to ensure your local driver follows proper safe-place guidelines in the future. We hope you give us a chance to make your next order a much better experience! Kind regards, OPS
