I'd just like to add that the rating I gave for service was for the website overall. Had I been asked to rate the service of the seller of the egg cups, I would have selected "excellent". I had a problem with a different seller on the website a year or so ago. Had this not happened, I would have selected "excellent" for the website overall, as apart from that incident, I've had no problems at all.
