Cancelled my previous insurance from renewing via email as got a new device and received a call a few days later from a polite lady who then offered a discount to use for a new policy on my new device

Answers over email were fast and informarive for any questions that was present before taking out the cover.

Very easy to purchase the policy. All details were available in one place. Can not comment on the claims process as I have not yet had to make a claim on my policy.

So easy to get a great quote and then carry on to complete, payment is easy and uploading images of your bike and kit is simply take your pic and upload.

Good price for good cover. Although excess for claims is alot, it is still cheaper than the rest
