Order took a while to be dispatched and then unfortunately the original package got lost but after one phone call, a replacement order was dispatched by courier and received next day

Have receive ok service so far however was charged 2x sets of delivery for two orders (balls and needles) even though they came in the same packaging together.

Thank you for your feedback, I can confirm that we didn't charge delivery twice, it was deducted from the order ending 2301 before we processed for you.
