I always receive good service from Natures menu, if anything goes wrong I’m afraid it’s always the fault of the delivery people, but I can’t fault Natures menu customer service.
I would recommend you order enough frozen food to qualify for free delivery by their own vans.
Their own delivery is far superior as they use refrigerated vans and give a decent delivery window.
