Excellent customer service, and was very pleased with their response. My delivery was delayed and defrosted when arrived, they offered replacement food, or full refund. Brilliant. So helpful.
Great service but you do really have to be it to bung in the freezer as soon as it arrives or risk it defrosting. Insulation of packaging could be better
I eventually purchased from the supplier as the supply from my local outlet was patchy and i often left empty handed
