Consultant was helpful and had good knlowdge of the product. Communication was good and had lots of detail. Would definitely use 241 again

Concept good but booking agent frustratingly incompetent.
I think the c0ncept is good but only as good as the operators. We unfortunately got someone who was totally incompetent. After making our booking we had enormous problems getting corrections made....
