We are disappointed that you have decided to publicly vent like this - the machine came in for a repair and joined the queue of machine that we have to repair. The process is straightforward and we work on each machine in turn. With a warranty repair we have to submit details to the manufacturer - in China - and await their authorisation for the repair at no cost to you. All this takes time and we simply do not have the resource to keep updating when there is no update to make. A few days in our workshop following a well trodden procedure does not equate to "a bit of a nightmare". You do not have to "follow up on everything", you just need to be patient and wait for the repair to naturally come to a conclusion. Please note, You are free to go where ever you want for your robot repairs, and we do not agree that you are using our workers names in your "reviews".
