This is our 4th year buying our turkey from Morton’s and excellent as usual! This time we had it delivered as no longer local - but wouldn’t buy anywhere else!
Excellent communication, especially after the delivery was odd. The Evri (?) delivery driver recorded that the bird had been delivered and signed for at 11.55, in order to keep it within the time...
The best turkey we have had for years and very nice trimmings.

Hi Deirdre, 6 months in the making and we get let down at the last hurdle. I am sorry about your issues with DHL, i know they had some issues with the tracking. We will be looking into alternative options for this Christmas to see if we can improve on the service we offer.

We certainly intend to order again next year and would recommend to others. We know the courier problem was not your fault and it was resolved but we had a panic fir a couple of hours and then it turned up

Hi, is there anything we could have done better, you gave us 5 stars for the turkey but only 2 stars for the service, be interested to know if we slipped up somewhere.

Yes it should of been 5 stars
The page moved very quickly and didn’t give enough time to press other stars
Lovely tasty turkey, packed well and with herbs and recipe book too. Perfect. Just had a little bit of a mix up on delivery.

Hi Judith, we will be looking into how we offer delivery to our customers this year, we currently use DHL but feel that there may be better options out there that offer a more reliable service.
