Terrible customer service, they don’t reply to emails and takes forever to get through on the phone. Still waiting for a refund of final payment now after weeks of chasing. Would never use again.

Make sure your customers can afford yourAPR it’s to much interest

Because you’re interest is to high for people who need s a new car so you take the money and the customer looses there car so I am so pleased I have payed it off

Hi and thanks for the review. We acknowledge that our rates are higher than that of a mainstream lender, such as a bank, but this is due to the poor credit market we serve and the risk of lending within that market. As well as providing the opportunity for a customer to own a vehicle they may not otherwise have had, we hope we're also providing the chance for a customer to improve their credit rating by maintaining a finance agreement with us.
