At this time, it is an industry standard to have any beneficiary changes made by filling out a form. This is our way of confirming that the Policy Owner has made the changes and protects you from anyone else changing them on your behalf. We also try and contact our customers as soon as possible when a request is made. This is usually within a 24 hour period. Finally, I have asked our Customer Care team to update your details in our system.
