Hi Pooja, We're sorry that one of the test tubes broke in transit. We ensure all the products are packed well so that we minimize these types of damages to the product. Even if there is any type of damage like this, you can easily just call us or email us with the issue and we would be more than happy to send you a replacement for the damaged part. I'll inform our supplier so that we can source an extra test tube and send it over to you as soon as possible.
