Hi, thank you for leaving an honest review. I am sorry to see that you only gave us 3 stars. Unfortunately, we are governed by the design manual of the system from the manufacturer on nozzle placement, and once these are agreed upon in the prelim designs and on-site survey it is very difficult for them to be changed.
Also regarding the damaged hose, this was a very unfortunate thing to happen as we have not ever seen this before out of thousands of hoses we have used, but thanks again for kind comments on that it was resolved.
We will continue to work with our manufacturer Plumis to continually improve the product for greater design flexibility in the future.
