Hi, thank you for your patience whilst I looked into this with the team at our Middlesbrough branch.
We do have a selected few Solicitors that we advise customers to use as we have a clear communication line with them. As we have that working relationship with them, we hear back from them a lot quicker than a Solicitor that we have not previously worked. After speaking to the team, I can confirm that we did actively chase your selected Solicitor multiple times, but the line of communication during the first lockdown was little to none.
However, I do just want to say that we apologise profusely for the inconvenience caused by this and we can assure you that all feedback is taken onboard to ensure our team are providing a great service to our clients.
