I am writing to update my review because when I opened the manual again to take pictures to send them to princtivity I was able to read them clear and the pictures were also clear. Maybe my vision was tired when I looked at the manuals when I recieved them. I wrote an email to princtivity apologizing. I need to say that their costumer service is really good and fast as they responded quickly and were open to solve my problem. Thank you princtivity and again I apologize for any inconvenient.
