You are asking me for feedback but, I haven't yet received my order. Not impressed!!

Thank you for leaving feedback Rosemary, we're very sorry to hear that you were asked for a review before you order had been delivered, this should not have happened but we can see from our Royal Mail tracking that your order was delivered yesterday 9th January, the same day as your review and three days since your order was placed. Could you please get in touch with us on 01380 812799 if you haven't received your order so we can follow this up with Royal Mail as a matter of urgency as the tracking is showing differently. Our sales team are always on hand to follow up deliveries should you ever be concerned over a delayed order and we pride ourselves on dispatching orders the same working day so would be very disappointed if a courier has let our customers down.
