why are you asking me to rate you before I have even received my parcel?

Thank you for your feedback. Reviews help us constantly monitor and improve our customer service and products, unfortunately, I am not sure why you received a review request before your parcel was delivered so I will look into the relevant settings for this. However, reviews are completely optional and there is an option to postpone giving feedback should you not have tried the product yet.
