Hello, I'm sorry that the new licensing system transition hasn't been as seamless of a process for you as we hoped! We are continuing to improve the new system in any way we can, so if something is troubling you, please let us know in our support tickets so we can track it and improve on it! If you would like, you can reach out to our sales team at us.sales@mescius.com and they would be happy to discuss different licensing renewal options and even any discount opportunities with you! Thanks, Matt
