„Medichecks“ apžvalgos

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you’ve experienced issues with your tests and that replacement kits have taken longer than expected to arrive. Occasionally, samples may not be suitable for testing or certain markers may need to be repeated to ensure the results provided are accurate and reliable. We understand this can be disappointing, but these checks are carried out in good faith to protect the quality of the results we provide. We would never knowingly report results from a sample that has not met the required quality standards, such as a sample affected by haemolysis. Replacement kits are sent using the delivery service selected at the time of order, and we appreciate that postal delays can sometimes impact how quickly they arrive. We’re always working to make the testing process as smooth as possible and appreciate your feedback regarding your experience. Kind regards, Millie Customer Care Specialist

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your recent experience did not meet the level of service you’ve come to expect from us, especially as a long-standing customer. We appreciate your concerns regarding sample receipt updates and communication. Your sample was still within the expected timeframe for laboratory receipt and processing, and we were monitoring this to ensure there were no issues. We can confirm that your sample has now been processed and your results have been uploaded to your account. We understand that waiting for confirmation can be frustrating, particularly when you have previously experienced a quicker service. We have shared your feedback with the relevant teams, including your comments regarding communication and your experience with our customer care channels, as we are always looking for ways to improve. Thank you again for taking the time to provide your feedback. Kind regards, Millie Customer Care Specialist
