Sorry for the issue experienced. Return of potentially damaged products are normally done in the way described so this is standard practice. However, as you stated, the decision was made to send a replacement as we value you as a customer. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

The service is first class with updates on delivery and delivery fast as well. Love it when you do the free shakers but would prefer a small shaker instead of the big ones.

Cheers for this - I'll tell the development team about the possibility of getting smaller shakers but the 700ml are definitely good especially for some of the gainers :)
