Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to hear you are a little unhappy with our admin charge, unfortunately, due to the late changes to your booking our reservation team do have office procedures to follow. This said, I will raise your concerns again.
I am pleased you were happy with the standards at Hollerday Cottage in Lynton and thank you for your positive comments with regard to its facilities and welcome pack. All the team at Marsdens do hope to welcome you back soon to this wonderful part of the South West.
