After the booking has been confirmed it would be useful to have some info about check in procedures and cabin baggage allowance without having to search through the websites.

Business like and efficient
Very efficient and when I needed further help they were able to do so.
The only disappointment was the checked baggage charge was astronomical on a flight less then half full but that I presume is...
