I have used Mansons quite a few times over the last couple of years. Their mail order service is great - prices are also very competitive.

Hi Kevin, I am sorry to learn our service did not meet your expectations of our usual high standards. Please be assured that all guitars are inspected prior to leaving the shop and any issues are taken very seriously. To clarify the email my colleague sent you following your initial contact we offered you the option for us to collect the guitar to rectify any problems at no additional cost to you and offered additional sets of strings on top of the collection as gesture of good will. We sincerely value all our customers and it is unfortunate we did not receive a response to allow us the opportunity to find a satisfactory resolution with you.
