Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you had some foreign material in your rubber. I am disappointed you failed to inform us of this so we could have made some investigations as to where it had come from. We have checked remaining stocks from the same batch and no foreign material is present so I am a little baffled as to how this has happened.

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry there was an issue with your stone. Indeed a lot of abrasion occurs during production which we compensate for by adding more material to the bag. All Gabions are unwashed due to there size and thus some fine material will be present. It is disappointing that we weren't given the opportunity to rectify this before review.
