On this occasion the driver was able to unload on grass as we had drafted Jewsons in to assist with some deliveries on that particular day. However, please be advised this is not the norm and ordinarily delivery will only be able to be made on level tarmac, concrete and block paving by pallet trolley.

Thank you for your email. We appreciate your comments regarding delivery. Unfortunately, it is impossible to give a time slot with bulky deliveries. Some deliveries take much longer than others due to the number of pallets to be delivered and access limitations at customer premises. Time slots are only really effective with parcel delivery as it is merely a case of running up the drive and ringing the doorbell which takes minutes and allows the driver to keep to schedule.

Thank you for your message. Unfortunately a 3 bulk bag consignment would not qualify for crane delivery without considerable additional cost. The delivery method was explained very clearly at the point of ordering and an explainer video was sent showing the process. On arrival the haulier informed us the premises were totally unsuitable for the delivery method agreed and thus the delivery took longer than usual. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
