Thank you for your reply. Although there may have appeared to be a risk of bags falling off the lorry, drivers are specially trained in pallet trolley operations to ensure this doesn't happen. Thousands of deliveries are made each week using this method with no issue.

Thank you for your reply. The delivery method is clearly shown throughout the ordering process in both text and video form. Your premises were unsuitable for the chosen delivery method and the driver did very well to make the delivery at all. Crane delivery is available at extra cost as stated on our website but you chose standard delivery.
