Thank you for your response. We deliver hundreds of bags per week by pallet trolley without issue. The only issues that arise are usually due to the customers premises not being suitable. In this instance we have other delivery methods available at additional charge.

Thank you for your response. I am sorry you feel the service was not adequate. Delivery had to be rearrnaged for a day of your choosing due to issues at the quarry which we were not made aware of. The location you wanted the vehicle to tip was not suitable for an articulated lorry and the driver made every effort to get in with some considerable shunting. As with all deliveries, if you choose not to be on site to supervise the delivery we cannot be held responsible for where the material is tipped.

Thank you for your feedback and photographs. This is a fantastic example of a customer purchasing the wrong size stone for the type of basket they have ordered. The baskets you are filling are far too narrow for a conventional 100-200mm gabion stone. The baskets are only 200mm in width and thus with the best will in the world you are only going to get 1 stones width in the basket. This will leave many voids. You realistically need a 75-125mm stone for such a narrow basket. You will also notice the narrower 50-100mm mesh which is typically used in smaller baskets to enable smaller stone to be used. One of our staff would have been happy to explain this if asked. Furthermore there is no scale shown on our website picture and thus the picture accurate.
