Thank you for your response. It is a shame we have been scored lower for things that are clearly described in our product descriptions. Both the gauge of the gabion mesh and the fact that gabion stone is not washed are all clearly advertised before making your purchase. Nowhere in the UK is gabion stone washed. If this was not suitable for your requirements you had every opportunity to seek alternatives.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the driver had difficulties. The problem was caused because your property is on a hill which is not suitable for the delivery method you chose. The driver did very well to unload the goods at all and, by rights should have aborted the delivery on health and saftey grounds. If we had been informed about the situation we could have discussed alternative delivery options.
