Thank you ever so much for travelling with us, and for taking the time to share your kind and thoughtful feedback. We’re absolutely delighted to hear that you enjoyed every minute of your journey and that the tour was both informative and memorable. It’s wonderful to know that the Travel Director made such a positive impression we will be sure to pass on your lovely words to her. We're equally pleased that you found the local guides personable and well-informed, and that the sights at each stop lived up to expectations. That said, we do regret the oversight regarding the audio devices on the Fjord boat ride. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. While it may seem a small point, we understand how important these details are in helping guests get the most from each experience. We’re sorry you were not made aware of the devices at the time, and we will ensure your feedback is shared with the relevant teams to help improve communication in future departures. Once again, thank you for choosing to explore with us. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back on another unforgettable journey very soon.
