Whilst, your email has not reached us yet, this feedback has been immediately relayed to our Guest Relations Department. It deeply saddens us to read that train delays affected your touring schedule for Toronto. Whilst we do advise our guests that there may be potential disruptions, and therefore recommend booking evening flights when departing, as the city sightseeing tour can be changed from day fourteen to day sixteen, we are sorry to learn that this issue impacted your journey. The mentioned concerns aside, it remains our hope that you had a fantastic time in your first two weeks exploring Canada with us, and returned home with some great stories to share of your adventure.
