Our Travelling Concierges are there to ensure that your journey is enjoyable and runs smoothly the whole time; therefore, it disappoints that the service did not live up to your expectations. Similarly, while guests can look forward to smaller group sizes and extra legroom on our coaches than on a standard 53 seater; we regret to learn that the size of the group was not suited to your preferences.
