„Luxury Gold“ apžvalgos

Our dedicated team work passionately to ensure our guests well-being; therefore, it makes us happy to learn that you enjoyed the service provided from the beginning to the end of your tour. As well, whether chosen for their central location or scenic charm, our luxury hotels are specially selected from the very best in the region to add something special to your itinerary. Additionally, we cannot guarantee that the rooms at the accommodations will have a specific view; although, our hotel partners do try to provide rooms with a view when possible. Also, our itineraries are carefully crafted so that our guests can experience the best sights in the snapshot of time they have with us. However, we appreciate that an alternative route and destinations would have been better suited to your preferences. Furthermore, we are sorry to read that this time you were not as impressed with your dining experiences as you were during your last journey with Insight Vacations. However, we always strive to ensure that the quality of the cuisine on our tours is up to the high standards that we expect. What’s more, our luxury touring coaches have been customised to give our guests more legroom and extra comfort than on a normal 53 seater coach; yet, we are sorry to hear that the size of the group was not what you had anticipated. Nonetheless, thanks very much for all of your comments which are paramount to making our tours even more enjoyable and we truly hope to welcome you back to journey with us again in the future.

Jillian – Head of Operations

It concerns us to read that your service experience with Insight Vacations was anything short of exceptional. Nonetheless, we hope that you have still taken some pleasant memories away from your time in India.

At Insight Vacations we go to great lengths to ensure that our guests can profit from truly unique experiences. Furthermore, we hope that you have taken many memorable highlights away from your time on the tour and that you thoroughly enjoyed your Luxury Gold experience.

Our hand crafted selection of luxury hotels have been chosen to give you a real insight into each destination and add something truly special to your itinerary. Therefore, it saddens us to learn that the Hotel Napoleon in Paris didn't meet your expectations. Nonetheless, we very much value your feedback and we will be looking into the points that you have raised. Furthermore, we would like to thank you for your additional suggestions and we are very happy to hear that you have left your Luxury Gold journey with so many wonderful highlights.
