Nevertheless, we regret to learn that you were disappointed with the location of your hotel in the Tuscan countryside and we have passed on your concerns to our Quality Control Department in order to review the choice of accommodation that you have mentioned, and to investigate any suitable alternatives that could be used in the future. Furthermore, we recognise that more time spent in Florence, as well as less spent in Verona, would have been better tailored to your preferences and our Product Development Team will happily reflect upon your comments to see which necessary improvements could be made going forward.
