Ką Trusted Customer sakė apie Luxury Gold:

Nice trip but pricey and transfers to and from airport were no shows

Local guide was excellent but no one shows on both airport transfers. Expected my higher end experience for the money

It concerns us to read that your personal chauffeur wasn't there on your arrival or departure as being prompt is a quality that we expect here at Insight Vacations. Therefore, as a result of your feedback, we will be contacting our Trusted Partners to ensure that going forward our guests enjoy a comfortable travelling experience. Nevertheless, we hope that you were able to use the contact details provided on your travel documentation in the event of difficulty locating your host and we are extremely pleased to learn that your Local Experts passion stood out a highlight of your trip.

It saddens us to learn that your time on the trip fell slightly short of your expectations due to the pace of the itinerary and the actions of your Travelling Concierge. However, we would like to assure you of our dedication to ensuring the very best experiences for our guests and as a result; we have passed on your concerns to the relevant departments so that they can be addressed. Nevertheless, we sincerely hope that you have still taken many great memories away from your time in Canada.

We are sorry to read that the air conditioning units at some of the accommodations were not functioning properly and we will ensure with the hotels in question that the condition of their facilities is not a concern for our future departures. As well, we want our guests to have the most comfortable travelling experiences and so we regret to learn that you felt your last day was too hurried. Nevertheless, we hope that you did return home having enjoyed many memorable moments and we hope to explore more destinations with you in the future.
