Hi Richard, Thank you for your glowing review! I am really please that you found us friendly and professional as this is exactly the way we want to portray ourselves. Personally I always like to have a voice on the end of a phone which makes it more personal and yes, I agree makes you feel a valued customer too. We do try our best to get it all right because we know how a little mistake on our part or that of our driver can ruin a holiday for our clients. Along with all the private walkers we move bags for we also move for about 24 walking holiday companies and this totals about 10,000 bags a month. so yes, its always good to know it all went to plan! We have a fantastic custom made management system which ensures all journeys turn green for the following day.. we can rest easy then! Hi Edwina, Thank you for your lovely review! It is interesting to hear about the air BNB's being successfully contacted. We do stress at the very start of a quote that we need every contact number and full postal address of any Air BNB because they are not always at home when our driver passes through the town. In recent years the increase of walkers using air BNB has increased dramatically and it would be fair to say, it has not always been easy to ensure the bags are delivered and collected! Our drivers are fantastic and on occasions have had to return later in the day (which is not ideal) to make sure our walkers are reunited with their bags. We shall be a little more strict with the use of air BNB next season, but providing they are aware that their guests bags will be delivered before their arrival and after their departure next day, we should be ok!
