„LoveCrafts“ apžvalgos

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about the yarn. This is a Super Chunky yarn and each 50g ball contains approximately 50 metres (55 yards), so the balls are naturally shorter than those of finer-weight yarns. We’re sorry, though, to hear that you encountered more joins than expected and several knots in most of the balls. A small number of knots can occur in commercially produced yarn, with up to 3 knots per ball generally considered within the industry standard. However, if you’ve found more than this or feel there is an unusual number of joins or knots, please contact us with details of how many balls are affected and approximately how many knots you’ve found per ball. We’ll be happy to look into this further for you. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We really appreciate your feedback. Best wishes, Julie and the LoveCrafts Team
