Always prompt in delivery. Website easy to use with relevant filters. Especially useful is whether fabric is washable. Some other high end retailers expect you to assume all their fabrics are dry...
I loved the fabric that was sent but am still waiting for two more fabric samples. I cannot get an upholsterer before they arrive - I liked those best on the chart.

The description of the fabric sample you requested on our website does state that the fabric is 'available by special order only - samples not currently available'.
