The only reason you were not sent your etickets immediately after you booked is because you opted for our London Box Office Ticket Protection which gives you really great flexibility by allowing you to cancel your booking for any reason up to 24 hour before the performance. Rest assured that your etickets will be sent the evening before the performance and if you were unable to access your email account for any reason, you can simply bring the confirmation we sent you to the theatre on the day to gain entry and get to your seats.
