Thank you for your feedback Daniel. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly.
