Disgusting interest

Fast service but the Apr is terrible lent £400 and have to pay back £1600 this is really bad service 4 times what you originally lend is beyond disgusting I would STAY WELL AWAY NEVER AGAIN

Thank you for your feedback James. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly.

Praying on the vulnerable people £1600 on a £400 loan is robbery and should be illegal in the UK I mean come on pay back 4 times what you lend. Never again would NOT recommend.

Please call us on 0330 400 6000 and select either option 2 or 3 if you would like to withdraw from the loan agreement. Or if you repay back earlier than the agreed loan term, you will reduce your total loan repayment balance significantly. I'm sorry to hear you are not happy with our service.
