Thank you for the feedback Leanne. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly.

Hi Andrea, unfortunately due to some unforeseen circumstances payments were stalled by Barclays last weekend, unknown to us until this week. This meant that you would not have received your money immediately which we would like to apologise for. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. As you are aware, customers have a 14 day grace period after signing which you opted for very shortly after making payment to us. I'm sorry you feel you were passed around various departments in order to resolve your problem but as I understand this has now been fully resolved.
