HI James, something doesn't seem right here. Was it an email you received saying you were declined then? Nonetheless, our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if you wish to settle the loan agreement early you are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly.
