Too much interest charged.

The loan was approved very fast. I am disappointed in the APR charge. Just on borrowing £300. Almost £900 added as interest. Shocking.

Thank you for your feedback. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly. If you feel you were not aware of these repayment terms please let me know and I can arrange someone to call and assist.
